LEGACY OF THE JEDI

This is the hardest film in the world to review on a non-spoiler site.

Let's just say that this film has a surprise ending, one worthy of O. Henry, one still talked about with admiration in fan films today. When watching it, you absolutely must watch beginning to end. No skipping around. Repeat. No skipping around!

The ending requires build-up, which goes on a little long—I could have done without a minute or two of it, to be frank. Not that it's not often well-handled. I like the forest training sequence—something interesting. The locations are well-chosen, and while it's sort of obvious they're on Earth, at least they chose vaguely spacey buildings to shoot at.

This is an important film, even if it loses its impact after a while. I hope that it still remains relevant after a few years. After every viewing it becomes less and less fun to watch, unfortunately. Perhaps it's just lost its cool.
